Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
1.1 Eligibility
CreatorBrain Pro subscription purchases (Monthly or Yearly) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided the account has not exceeded fair usage limits during that period (Section 1.2).
1.2 Fair Usage Limits
To remain eligible for a refund, an account must not have:
- Generated more than 5 scripts within the 7-day refund window
- Used the service in a way that violates the Terms of Service (Section 2)
- Already received a refund on this account previously — CreatorBrain Pro refunds are limited to one per account, for the lifetime of the account, to prevent a subscribe → generate → refund → repeat cycle using different payment methods
This exists to prevent the refund window from being used to get unlimited script generation for free rather than to genuinely evaluate the product.
1.3 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are made from the Billing page within the 7-day window. Requests are reviewed and tracked through the following statuses: Requested → Under Review → Approved/Rejected → Refunded.
1.4 What Happens After a Refund
Once approved, the charge is reversed via Razorpay, and the account reverts to the Free plan. The 20 lifetime free scripts allowance is not restored if it was already used prior to upgrading — the refund applies to the payment, not to resetting usage counters.
1.5 After the 7-Day Window
Refunds are not available after 7 days. However, a subscription can be cancelled at any time — cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
1.6 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Accounts that exceeded fair usage limits (Section 1.2)
- Accounts that have already received a refund previously (Section 1.2)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
