CreatorBrain

Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a CreatorBrain account, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use CreatorBrain.

2.2 Who Can Use CreatorBrain

CreatorBrain is intended for users who are legally able to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and who are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). At signup, users must check a box confirming: “I am at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in my jurisdiction).” This isn't a full verification system, but it converts an unenforceable claim into an actual recorded confirmation.

2.3 Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person; account sharing across multiple people is not permitted.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (Account Settings, Creator Identity, uploaded content).

2.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use CreatorBrain to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Attempt to abuse the Free plan's script limit through multiple accounts or automated signups
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its normal operation
  • Upload content to the Knowledge Vault or other CreatorBrain™ modules that you don't have the rights to use

2.5 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the topics, stories, knowledge, and other input you provide, and of the scripts CreatorBrain generates for you.
  • By connecting your YouTube channel, you grant CreatorBrain read-only access to analyze your public videos and captions for the sole purpose of style analysis — this data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.
  • CreatorBrain does not claim ownership of your generated scripts.

2.6 Subscriptions & Payment

  • Subscription terms (pricing, billing cycles, cancellation) are governed by the Pricing page.
  • Auto-renewal: CreatorBrain Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, matching your chosen plan) and your payment method is charged automatically at renewal, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay; CreatorBrain does not store your full card details.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

2.7 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Scripts are generated by an AI system guided by your inputs and CreatorBrain™ profile. While CreatorBrain includes a Quality Self-Check to reduce generic or low-quality output, you are responsible for reviewing generated scripts before publishing them — including for factual accuracy, and compliance with YouTube's own policies.

2.8 Service Availability

CreatorBrain is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

2.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abuse of the Free plan or the Acceptable Use section above (2.4).

2.10 Limitation of Liability

CreatorBrain is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBrain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

2.11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before taking effect.

2.12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. CreatorBrain currently operates as an individual (unregistered as a company); this section will be updated to reflect the registered entity if and when CreatorBrain incorporates.

2.13 Contact

Questions about these Terms: creatorbrainoffical@gmail.com

2.14 Intellectual Property (CreatorBrain's Own)

CreatorBrain's name, logo, design, and underlying technology (the Script Generator system, CreatorBrain™ memory system, and all software) belong to CreatorBrain and are not transferred to you by using the service. You're licensed to use the product, not given ownership of it. This is separate from Section 2.5, which covers your own content and generated scripts, which remain yours.

2.15 Copyright/Infringement Claims (Basic DMCA-Style Process)

If you believe content generated through CreatorBrain, or content uploaded by another user to their own CreatorBrain™ profile, infringes your copyright, contact creatorbrainoffical@gmail.com with details of the content and your claim. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or restricting the account involved.

2.16 Indemnification

You agree to hold CreatorBrain harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, content you upload or generate in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

2.17 Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatorBrain is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that generated scripts will achieve any particular result (views, engagement, revenue) for your content.

2.18 Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting creatorbrainoffical@gmail.com first. Subject to that informal process, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Whether disputes are ultimately handled through arbitration, small claims court, or regular civil court has not yet been confirmed by a lawyer and remains subject to change before formal launch.

2.19 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

2.20 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CreatorBrain regarding the service.

CreatorBrain is an early-stage product. We've written these policies carefully and in good faith to reflect exactly how the product works, but as a new company we're continuing to refine them as we grow — including with professional legal review. If anything here is unclear or you have concerns, please reach out to creatorbrainoffical@gmail.com — we'd genuinely rather hear about a problem directly than have you discover it the hard way.
